Wedding Reception Accessories

Flower arrangements and accessories are found throughout the wedding reception. They tie together all flowers from the wedding and reception to create ambiance. Each seat at a table may have petals or flowers placed on the plate or on the napkin. These flowers are commonly found repeated in the centerpiece. If there is a mantelpiece in the reception space, the bride’s maids’ bouquets can be arranged on it after the ceremony. Mantels can also have candles and miniature versions of the centerpiece arrangements. Flowers arrangements can be reused from the ceremony on registration and gift tables, in bathrooms, and along a bar. Alter piece arrangements can be reused as larger pieces at the entrance to the reception. Cake decorations often include flowers. These flowers usually accent the bride’s bouquet.
