Jess and Jamie’s Wedding

I met Jessica in December of 2010 while traveling on an airplane. I noticed that she was looking at a wedding magazine, so I approached her and we started to talk. She mentioned that she was going to be getting married in October of 2011 and was looking for a florist. Soon afterwards, she called me, we met at the shop, and decided that we were a good match for each other.

We have been incredibly lucky to have some amazing couples come to us to have their wedding flowers for their weddings. Laura and Brendan are just another one of these couples. They are perfectly suited for each other and their love for each other radiates to all around them. It was such a pleasure to have met them and to share in their special day! We wish them all the best in their future together.

Happy Valentine’s Day!

We are so excited for Valentine’s Day! We just got in the most beautiful shipments of flowers from Holland, Ecuador, and California. There are roses (both long stem and regular length) and rose sprays of all colors, calla lillies, orchids, tulips, lillies, and iris, among the many choices of flowers. One of my favorites are sweet peas, which are only available in February and over the summer months. Stop by to smell the roses and have a Happy Valentine’s Day!

This Sunday, January 9th, Blooming Blossoms will be displaying some bridal arrangements at Whispering Pines’ Booth at the Southern New England Bridal Expo. This year, the trend for bridal flowers is bright and bold. If you have a chance, come by the booth!

Hi, my name is Pam and I have owned my own flower shop since 1986. I started working with a friend of mine who had her own flower shop, and I fell in love with flowers. To this day, my passion for flowers has only bloomed stronger.
